Beginner Classes are held Monday through Thursday from 6-7pm.
Advanced Classes are held Monday through Thursday from 7-8pm.
Mixed Classes are held on Saturdays from 10-11:30am.
Open Mat is available on Sundays from 10:30am-12:30pm.

Note: Mondays and Wednesday are “Gi” classes. Students wear the traditional jiu-jitsu jacket and trousers. There are extras available for first time students.
